Manitoba Aerospace and Defence Association (MADA) is hiring a full-time Workforce Pathways Coordinator to join our growing team.

Reporting to the Director of Workforce Development, this role will coordinate programs and partnerships that connect students, job seekers and underrepresented talent with education, training, work-integrated learning and employment opportunities across Manitoba’s aerospace, defence and advanced manufacturing sectors.

We’re seeking an organized, relationship-focused professional with experience in workforce development, career services, education, training, community engagement, or program coordination. The successful candidate will work closely with employers, educational institutions, Indigenous organizations and community partners to build practical, inclusive pathways into the sector.
